Ballet Barre

This Class Has Been Discontinued Temporarily.

A group class utilizing the classic tool for balance, poise, strength and stamina, the ballet barre. Class focuses on proper spinal, leg and shoulder alignment while performing a series of exercises developed to create a long, lean and muscular body. We will also utilize stretching and proper joint articulation to increase flexibility and mobility. No previous dance experience required!
