Leticia Wallgren, Apprentice

Leticia's love for Pilates came about in 2013 when she took her first Pilates class at the local college. Over the following two years, Leticia grew to feel a great love, appreciation and respect for Pilates and she knew she wanted to share that with others. In early 2015, Leticia enrolled in the Peak Pilates Comprehensive Certification Program at Pilates on 10th and studied under Master Trainer, Amie Baca. In July of 2015, Leticia received her Level I Certification and will move on to earn the complete comprehensive certification over the course of 2016.
Leticia is a Southern California native and moved to Washington state in 2014 with her husband and two cats. She is currently studying Sustainable Urban Development at UW Tacoma and will earn her B.A. in 2017. Her hobbies include cooking, entertaining, traveling, live music, modern art, museums, crafts (or anything creative), being a handy girl, and pretty much anything cultural. She also enjoys getting out with her husband for hikes, camping, rafting and kayaking.
Leticia is looking forward to helping all her clients reach their personal goals. Her personal message to each individual is that Pilates is for EVERYONE. Whether you are small or large, short or tall, young or old, active or not- you will be absolutely amazed at what you can do if you truly make a commitment to this wonderful movement. Pilates is for YOU!
