We believe that The Pilates Method is constantly evolving and that it should be accessible to every body. Our broad client base reflects that, ranging from some of the fittest bodies in the city, who come to us to supplement their existing fitness plans, to those recovering from injury or starting a fitness regimen after a long hiatus.
Our instructors, all of whom are professionally certified and have a dance, athletics or other fitness background reflect our commitment to intelligent fitness.
