Studio Policies

• A 24-hour notice is required for the cancellation of a Private or Duet or Semi-Private Appointment. If we do not receive notice 24-hours prior to your appointment, you will be charged in full.

• 12-hour notification prior to the start of class is required for the cancellation of all Group Sessions. If we do not receive notification 12 hrs ahead of the beginning of the class, you will be charged $35 for the class.

• Group Sessions are drop-in, but advanced registration is recommended. You can sign up for classes with our online system. If the class you are trying to register for is full, you can add yourself to the wait list. When a spot in the class opens up, you will receive an email or text message (depending on your noted preference) notifying you. You are responsible for managing your wait-listed classes. Please be prepared to come to the class if you are on the wait list. Spots do open up regularly and you will be held to the late cancellation policy if you are added (unless you are added within 60 minutes of the start of class in which case we will not charge the late cancellation fee). Please keep in mind that we cannot let you in class if you are late (after 10min).

• All packaged Sessions expire 1 year from date of purchase. NO EXCEPTIONS.

• All Sessions are 55 minutes in length.

• Rates subject to City of Seattle Sales Tax.

• Purchased Sessions are non-refundable and non-transferable.

• Instructors may be substituted without prior notice.

• Private and Duet Sessions are by appointment only.

• In order to maintain a high quality workout that flows swiftly through transitions and exercises and for safety concerns, instructor approval is required for all Duet, and Group Sessions (except Essentials level).

• Duet Sessions and Semi-Privates are based on the availability of an appropriate partner(s). If your partner cancels early we will notify you as soon as possible. You may opt to keep your scheduled appointment time and pay the appropriate Semi-Private or Private rate. The 24-hour cancellation policy applies.

• All Semi-Private sessions must be paid for in advance, either at the time of booking or prior to the next booked session.

• Group Equipment, Chair/Barre, and Reformer Jumpboard space availability is limited. Sign up in advance, call or go online to check availability for a drop-in. Reserved spaces for these classes will be released at the start of class. Please be on time. The 12-hour cancellation policy applies. 

• Please do not wear strong perfumes or heavy oils and creams to your session.

• Please do not wear sharp objects in your hair, such as barrettes and clips.

• If you would like to schedule standing weekly appointments we would be happy to accommodate you based on availability. Recurring appointments require setting your account up for auto debit. It is your obligation to notify  the front desk if you need to cancel a standing appointment or if you will be out of town for standing appointments. Three consecutively missed or canceled standing appointments will release the appointment time. The 24-hour cancellation policy applies.

• Please notify your instructor prior to your session if you had any injuries, car accidents or new health concerns since your last session.


Membership Terms & Conditions

• Memberships are based on a one-month time period. Accounts will be debited on the same date each month.

• There is a 3-month minimum commitment to memberships. After three months the membership can be paused or canceled with 30 days notice. There is no fee for pausing or canceling your membership.

• All sessions and classes must be used within the month. Sessions and classes do not carry over to the next month.

• Sessions and classes are based on space availability.

• Private sessions require a 24-hour notice for cancelation and group classes require a 12-hour notice for cancelation. If you do not cancel with proper notification the session or class is forfeited and cannot be made up.

• Any changes you would like to make to your membership (suspend, switch to another membership, terminate) after the initial 3-month commitment without 30 days notice is subject to a $50 administration fee.
