This is a great way to kick off 2009 with healthy eating tips. Learn to cook whole foods, exotic grains, find the best local foods and ease more vegetables onto your plate. Tessa will be preparing dishes onsite for you to taste as well as handouts and recipies for you to take home.

Tessa Scriver has been in the kitchen since she was a child. By her mother’s side, also a cooking teacher, along with her father, a nutritionist, Tessa absorbed all she could about preparing wholesome food. After years of cooking for her own family, catering parties and weddings she decided to turn her passion into a full time career. She earned a BS in Nutrition with a focus on whole and therapeutic foods from Bastyr Health Sciences University. It is her mission to share her love of food and cooking and to introduce nutrition as preventative medicine. Friends and Family Love to eat at Tessa’s house!
