Enjoy a donation-based Community Mat Class to benefit Community for Youth (CfY) on Sundays at 12PM starting 10/8! All proceeds will be donated to CfY. This group class will focus on the foundational Pilates Mat Sequence taught by studio owner Kim Grady. This is a mixed levels class, everybody is welcome! Bring your own mat and don't worry about signing up online. We'll make space. This class is drop-in based only.

Prenatal Series

Do you know that Pilates is a great way to stay strong and comfortable during your pregnancy as well as maintain your stamina in preparation for labor? Pilates works to keep your abdominals, back, and pelvic floor muscles toned throughout the many stages of your pregnancy. It works with gentle resistance via the equipment to safely challenge the body in a controlled and mindful way.  Pilates will help you to have a healthy and happy pregnancy as well as an easier return to a strong body after the baby has arrived.

Cost: $150 (+ tax)

Drop-In Cost: $35/session (+tax)

Handstand Series

A six-week series class to build up the strength and stamina in the shoulders and abs necessary to stand with control on the hands. Warm up, conditioning, and progressions for those with no experience as well as for those who can get to hand stand but struggle staying. Based on the Russian circus method (meaning, straight and still...no banana walking!!) and taught by veteran Pilates teacher and aerialist, PJ.
