A six-week series class to build up the strength and stamina in the shoulders and abs necessary to stand with control on the hands. Warm up, conditioning, and progressions for those with no experience as well as for those who can get to hand stand but struggle staying. Based on the Russian circus method (meaning, straight and still...no banana walking!!) and taught by veteran Pilates teacher and aerialist, PJ.
