With combined experience in musician wellness, natural movement, yoga, and Pilates, Kayleigh brings a kaleidoscope of perspectives and over 7 years of experience as a movement instructor to the table. This is a delight for any client, especially as she is such an exuberant and passionate individual.
Kayleigh has studied Pilates at Pilates Unlimited in Dallas, with the likes of Karen Sanzo, P.T., and Erin Burnham, and Nanci Patch of Round Rock, TX. She's also trained as a yoga instructor through Yoga Tune Up® and as a MovNat® level 1 instructor having studied with Jill Miller, Tari Prinster, David Vendetti, Trina Altman, and Sarah Court. Also, she's versed in biomechanics, anatomy, and children's yoga which she utilizes in her classes. With all of her training, Kayleigh hopes to help clients not just move better -- but feel better.
To add to her wealth of knowledge and experience, Kayleigh maintains a blog called "Musicians' Health Collective," and is an author at the following publications: YogaDork, Elephant Journal, Polyphonic.org, Musicovation, and others. She is an alumna of the San Antonio Symphony, where she played the viola. She is a freelancer in Seattle.
