Pilates works to keep your abdominals, back, and pelvic floor muscles toned throughout the many stages of your pregnancy. It works with gentle resistance via the equipment to safely challenge the body in a controlled and mindful way. Pilates will help you to have a healthy and happy pregnancy as well as an easier return to a strong body after the baby has arrived.
